When I say freezing, I mean literally

The weather is ridiculous here, it has been for a few weeks now. The first snow is gone, yet the frost stays. I don't remember a December that was colder than this one around here; the usual day temperature is around -5°C and we really mean it when it is night time and Dean Martin is singing "the weather outside is frightful". Would I enjoy the snow more than the solid layers of ice around? I think so.

  1. Brrr...sorry to hear about your frigid weather! We've been enjoying some lovely (unusual) temps around 10C lately. I can definitely wait for the snow as long as possible. :-)

  2. Something very beautiful about it...as long as you're wrapped up warm inside :-)

    1. I am, thankfully! And now that the weather is above zero degrees, it actually feels quite warm. We'll survive the winter after all, I guess.

    1. I am! I'm happy that I have plenty of reasons to wear flannel and fuzzy socks, which I have more than anyone will ever need.
